|
Primary Responsibilities:
o Supports the development of the production scenarios that enable the actualization of the Strategic/Creative directives and fulfillment of Client’s business and marketing objectives
o Supports the Executive Producer develops materials that encapsulate the Production approach and executions, such as Treatments, site requirements, design briefs
o Is primarily responsible for delivery of the final product against upfront spec
o Ensures that production value is delivered against internal and client expectations
o Exhibits creative sensibility and understanding of what’s required against strategic and creative parameters
o Has a strong grasp of production tools and processes
o Continuously evaluates in-house production capabilities and recommends ongoing improvements to the Executive Producer – tools, process, staff, etc…
o Manages the production process against pre-determined budget structures
o Identifies, manages and escalates any issues and/or risks from across the production team and supports the Executive Producer to resolve them
o Maintains relationships with Account, Strategy, and Creative leads in order to maintain productive workflow and deliver against upfront objectives
o Develops working relationships with clients on a select basis, ensuring clients’ understanding of and satisfaction with the production processes
Qualifications:
o Understanding of production processes and web technologies including Flash and HTML. Java, .NET, Ajax, PHP, and Google Analytics a plus but not necessary
o Strong interest in advertising
o Flawless written, spoken and presentation communication skills
o Ability to think “out of the box” and highly adaptive to change
o Establish relationships and work effectively with internal individuals/parties in order to meet one's own commitments effectively and efficiently
o Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
o Bachelor’s Degree
