InfoCamp is an interdisciplinary un-conference for information architecture, user-centered design, librarianship, and information management. It features an egalitarian, community-driven format in which presentations are designed and delivered by attendees. Students, professionals, entrepreneurs and hobbyists from the user-centered information community are all encouraged to come together to join in the conversation!
InfoCamp gives the power to the people! It turns the traditional conference structure upside-down, with most of the conference content being designed and delivered by the people who attend.
The result is a highly collaborative, vibrant atmosphere in which participants can discuss nascent ideas, emerging technologies, thorny problems, practical suggestions, and current issues.
A short keynote presentation will anchor both days’ discussion as we leap into multiple tracks of presentations, panels, product demos and roundtables.
Please join us for a stimulating weekend, chock full of exchanging ideas and hardcore networking with copious amounts of coffee and a bit of grub to keep the energy level high, centered around all aspects of the information disciplines!
